HOUSE BILL 288

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 20, after “to”, insert “fifty percent of”.

    2. On page 1, line 23, after “land”, insert “as certified by the school on a form approved by the taxation and revenue department”.

    3. On page 2, line 4, after “means”, insert “a charter school or”.

    4. On page 2, line 9, after “those”, strike the remainder of the line and on line 10, strike “school”.

    5. On page 2, line 16, after “instruction”, insert a semicolon and strike the remainder of line 16 and strike lines 17 through 19 in their entirety.
