Mr. Speaker:

    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 322

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 10, strike lines 15 through 25, and on page 11, strike lines 1 through 8 and insert in lieu thereof the following:

          "F. Ten percent of the tolls, fees, rents, lease payments and other charges that are imposed, collected and received by the authority".

     2. On page 11, line 10, strike "eighty-five", and insert in lieu thereof "ninety".

     3. On page 11, line 25, strike "a" and insert in lieu thereof "the".

     4. On page 12, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following paragraph:

                "(3) money from public or private sources and deposited into the fund pursuant to Paragraph (6) of Subsection B of Section 58-27-25 NMSA 1978;".

     5. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly., 

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
