AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE NEW MEXICO RURAL DEVELOPMENT RESPONSE COUNCIL.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) is appropriated from the available cash balance of the public project revolving fund of the New Mexico finance authority to the economic development department for expenditure in fiscal year 2012 to support the New Mexico rural development response council. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2012 shall revert to the public project revolving fund of the New Mexico finance authority.
