     1. On page 2, line 3, after "debts", insert "or tangible property".

     2. On page 2, line 20, after "collection", insert "of".

     3. On page 2, line 23, after "party", insert "to the proceeding that the court orders to remove a debt and".

     4. On page 2, line 24, strike "a reasonable time period" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty days from".

     5. On page 3, line 5, strike the subsection designation "A.".

     6. On page 3, line 6, after "of", insert "attorney fees or".

     7. On page 3, lines 8 through 13, strike Subsection B in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof a closing quotation mark.

     8. On page 3, line 18, strike "have or".

     9. On page 3, lines 20 and 21, strike "parties to the proceeding" and insert in lieu thereof "provided with due process".,
