    1. On page 3, line 22 strike “, who are”.

    2. On page 3, line 23, strike “unable to personally attend the election,”.

    3. On page 3, line 24, after “directors” insert “by absentee ballot”.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
