HOUSE BILL 360

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 25, strike "and".

     2. On page 3, line 2, after "council" insert "service".

     3. On page 3, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following:

                     "(f) providing it to all libraries that are part of the state library system; and".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
