    1. On page 3, lines 3 and 4, strike "and the additional year shall be the first year served and shall not be suspended or deferred".

    2. On page 4, line 11, after "year", insert a period and strike lines 12 and 13 in their entirety.

    3. On page 5, lines 15 through 17, strike "and the additional year shall be the first year served and shall not be suspended or deferred".

    4. On page 8, lines 4 and 5, strike "and the additional year shall be the first year served and shall not be suspended or deferred".

    5. On page 10, lines 2 and 3, strike "and the additional year shall be the first year served and shall not be suspended or deferred".

    6. On page 11, lines 7 and 8, strike "and the additional year shall be the first year served and shall not be suspended or deferred".

    7. On page 12, lines 16 and 17, strike "and the additional year shall be the first year served and shall not be suspended or deferred".

    8. On page 14, lines 1 through 3, strike "and the additional year shall be the first year served and shall not be suspended or deferred".
