has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, strike lines 5 through 18.

     2. Reletter the succeeding subparagraphs accordingly.

     3. On page 3, line 22, after the semicolon, insert "and".

     4. On page 3, strike line 25 and on page 4, strike lines 1 through 13.

     5. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
