    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 472

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, before the period, insert "; RESTRUCTURING THE HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT".

     2. On page 2, strike lines 14 and 15.

     3. On page 2, strike line 17.

     4. On page 2, strike line 20.

     5. On page 2, strike lines 21 and 22 and insert in lieu thereof:

          "(6) the equity and access division; and".

     6. Renumber the remaining paragraphs to correspond with these amendments.,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
