has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 16, after "FOR", insert "A" and strike "ENDORSEMENTS" and insert in lieu thereof "SPECIALTY".

     2. On page 20, line 18, after "for", insert "a" and on line 19, strike "endorsement" and insert in lieu thereof "specialty".

     3. On page 20, line 24, strike "ENDORSEMENT" and insert in lieu thereof "SPECIALTY" and strike "endorsement" and insert in lieu thereof "specialty".

     4. On page 20, line 25, strike "issued" and insert in lieu thereof "granted".

     5. On page 21, line 7, after "license", insert "issued pursuant to the Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing Practices Act".
