HOUSE BILL 523

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 4, after "deduction", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 5 through "1978" and insert in lieu thereof "on fuel loaded or used by a common carrier in a locomotive engine from gross receipts and from compensating tax".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
