has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, after "ACT", insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

    2. On page 17, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following section:

    "SECTION 16. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
