SENATE BILL 96

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 14, strike “or” and insert in lieu thereof “with a maximum charge of”.

    2. On page 2, line 20, after the period insert “No calls between inmates and their counsel shall be subject to provisions of this section.”,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
