AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT FOR STAFF AND BENEFITS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the fourth judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 2012 to provide for salaries and benefits, furniture, supplies and equipment for staff. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2012 shall revert to the general fund.
