SENATE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 151

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line and strike line 13 through the semicolon.

    2. On page 1, line 23, strike "During a disaster, state" and insert in lieu thereof "State".

    3. On page 1, line 24, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "that" and after "evacuees", insert "in emergency situations".

    4. On page 2, line 1, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "shall".

    5. On page 2, line 5, after "shall", strike "provide assistance and services and".
