AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LAND GRANT COUNCIL TO PROVIDE FOR A BOUNDARY SURVEY AND MAPPING OF THE LIÑAS AREA WITHIN THE CRISTOBAL DE LA SERNA LAND GRANT IN TAOS COUNTY.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the land grant council for expenditure in fiscal year 2012 to provide for a boundary survey of the Liñas area within the Cristobal de la Serna land grant in Taos county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2012 shall revert to the general fund.
