    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 183

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 19, strike "the state" and insert in lieu thereof "any county in which the condominium is located".

    2. On page 17, line 11, after "process", insert "or by sending notice thereof by electronic transmission to the offeror; provided that if notice is sent by electronic transmission, the notice shall require the offeror to reply to the electronic transmission acknowledging receipt of the transmission".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
