    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 233

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "PLANT PHOTOSYNTHESIS" and insert in lieu thereof "A PRODUCT DIRECTLY SECRETED BY A SINGLE CELL PHOTOSYNTHETIC ORGANISM".

    2. On page 1, line 13, strike "SOURCE" and insert in lieu thereof "PRODUCT".

    3. On page 5, lines 17 and 18, strike "that files a New Mexico corporate income tax return".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
