SENATE BILL 240

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 21, strike "vandalizing" and insert in lieu thereof "damaging" and strike "removing" and insert in lieu thereof "stealing".

    2. On page 2, line 2, strike "vandalized" and insert in lieu thereof "damaged".

    3. On page 2, line 6, strike "vandalized" and insert in lieu thereof "damaged".

    4. On page 2, line 11, strike "vandalized" and insert in lieu thereof "damaged".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
