    1. On page 2, line 21, strike "general's" and insert in lieu thereof "general shall review a proposed contract within thirty days after receiving the contract. The".

    2. On page 3, line 2, strike "and".

    3. On page 3, line 14, strike the period and quotation mark, insert in lieu thereof "; and" and between lines 14 and 15, insert the following subparagraph:

                  "(c) nothing in this paragraph shall prejudice or impair the rights of a qui tam plaintiff pursuant to the Fraud Against Taxpayers Act."".
