has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 3, strike lines 7 and 8 in their entirety and on line 9, strike "shall".
2. On page 3, line 9 strike "the bar bulletin" and insert in lieu thereof "an appropriate publication".
3. On page 3, line 11, strike "dean" and insert in lieu thereof "director".
4. On page 3, line 13, strike "eight" and insert in lieu thereof "seven".
5. On page 4, line 4, after the semicolon, insert "and".
6. On page 4, strike lines 5 and 6 in their entirety.
7. Reletter the succeeding subparagraph accordingly.
8. On page 4, lines 7 and 8, strike "dean of the university of New Mexico school of law or the dean's" and insert in lieu thereof "director or the director's".
9. On page 4, line 11, strike "dean" and insert in lieu thereof "director".
10. On page 4, line 12, strike "dean's" and insert in lieu thereof "director's".
11. On page 7, line 4, strike "act in accordance with" and insert in lieu thereof "consider".
12. On page 7, line 19, remove the line through "director", insert a period and strike the remainder of the line.
13. On page 7, strike lines 20 and 21 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "Prior to the expiration of the judge's term, the judge may be removed only for cause, as determined by the New Mexico judicial performance evaluation commission.".,
and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
