    Your LABOR AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 274, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 14, after "nonattorney", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 15 through 17 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "public members, two appointed by the president pro tempore of the senate and two appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives of which no more than two can be of the same party and of which two shall be from the labor community and two shall be from the business community, and upon recommendation of the business and labor coalition of New Mexico.”
