Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
SENATE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR
SENATE BILL 295
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, line 20, after "employment", insert "and subject to random drug testing thereafter".
2. On page 1, lines 21 through 24, strike Subsection B in its entirety.
3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
4. On page 2, line 13, strike "and".
5. On page 2, line 15, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".
6. On page 2, between lines 15 and 16, insert the following new paragraph:
"(5) the definition of "direct care" for the purposes of this section.".
