has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, lines 22 and 23, remove the bracket and the line through "for a maximum benefit of".

    2. On page 3, line 23, after "of", insert "ten thousand dollars ($10,000)".

    3. On page 3, line 24, remove the bracket and the line through "annually" and before "for", insert a comma.
