SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE BILL 327, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Senator Sander Rue

    1. On page 2, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following subsection:

         "A. "contract" means an agreement with a state agency for:

             (1) the rendition of services, including professional services;

             (2) the furnishing of any material, supplies or equipment;

             (3) the construction, alteration or repair of any public building or public work;

             (4) the acquisition, sale or lease of any land or building;

             (5) a licensing arrangement;

             (6) a loan or loan guarantee; or

             (7) the purchase of financial securities or instruments;".

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    3. On page 8, line 18, strike the comma and on line 19, strike "(16) and (17)" and insert in lieu thereof "and (16)".
