    Your TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 350

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, strike lines 21 and 22 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following:

          "A. The division shall issue a standardized special registration plate with a logo as specified in Section 66-3-424 NMSA 1978".

     2. On page 2, line 4, strike "thirty-five dollars ($35.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "ten dollars ($10.00)".

     3. On page 2, line 11, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof "Ten dollars ($10.00) of the".

     4. On page 2, line 12, after "be", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 13 in its entirety and strike line 14 through "be".

     5. On page 2, line 16, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period and ending quotation marks.

     6. On page 2, strike lines 17 through 24 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
