has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Education Committee Amendment 4.

    2. On page 2, line 17, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "or" and after the second occurrence of "assessment", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 18 up to the period.
