SENATE BILL 409, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, strike the semicolon and the rest of the line and strike line 13 up to the period.

     2. On page 3, line 9, remove the brackets and the line through "ten-year" and strike "twenty-five-year".

     3. On page 3, line 9, after "period", insert "for purchases and a twenty-five-year period for leases".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
