Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
SENATE BILL 426
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, line 23, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 24 and 25 in their entirety.
2. On page 2, strike lines 1 and 2 in their entirety, strike line 3 through the period and insert in lieu thereof: "The fund is composed of appropriations, gifts, grants and transfers of money that may be made from the department's rural infrastructure program, the tribal infrastructure project fund, for projects approved by the tribal infrastructure board, or the colonias infrastructure project fund, for projects approved by the colonias infrastructure board, or money earned from investment of the fund and otherwise accruing to
the fund.".
3. On page 2, line 20, strike "construction" and insert in lieu thereof "training".
