SENATE BILL 438
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, line 23, after "support", insert ", including access to necessary prescription medication and professional counseling".
2. On page 1, line 25, strike "the least" and insert in lieu thereof "a less".
3. On page 2, line 7, strike "home-like" and insert in lieu thereof "nonclinical".
4. On page 2, line 20, strike "home-like" and insert in lieu thereof "nonclinical".
5. On page 3, lines 9 and 10, strike Subsection A in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following:
"A. The department shall administer safe houses in rural and urban communities.".
6. On page 4, lines 3 and 4, strike Paragraph (7) in its entirety.
7. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
8. On page 5, line 1, after the comma, insert "local planning and zoning entities,".
9. On page 5, line 13, strike "health" and insert in lieu thereof "human services".
