Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
SENATE BILL 444, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 14, lines 10 and 11, strike "an associate's degree" and insert in lieu thereof "a certificate".
2. On page 14, strike line 13 in its entirety and on line 14, strike "government and in doing so must have" and insert in lieu thereof "and".
3. On page 14, line 15, before the period, insert "from an accredited institution of higher education".
4. On page 17, lines 12 and 13, remove the brackets and line- through and on line 13, before "an", insert ", and".
5. On page 17, line 15, strike "by".
