    1. On page 13, line 23, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    2. On page 24, line 13, after the comma, strike the remainder of the line.

    3. On page 24, line 14, after the first comma, strike "or a", strike the second comma and insert in lieu thereof "or otherwise has a financial interest in".

    4. On page 24, line 15, strike the comma and on lines 15 and 16, strike "or indirectly,".

    5. On page 24, line 20, after "who", insert "knowingly".

    6. On page 24, line 21, strike "is" and insert in lieu thereof "may be" and after "any", insert "financial".

    7. On page 25, line 4, after "financial", strike "or other".

    8. On page 25, line 6, strike "void" and insert in lieu thereof "voidable".

    9. On page 25, line 18, strike the colon, strike lines 19 through 25 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "spouse, father, father-in-law, mother, mother-in-law, son, son-in-law, daughter, daughter-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law or any other relative who is financially supported."".

    10. On page 26, strike lines 1 through 6 in their entirety.,
