SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 605

    1. On page 2, line 6, remove the bracket and line through "Each" and strike the remainder of the line.

    2. On page 2, line 7, after "proposals", insert "or a request for applications that contains the same requested information".

    3. On page 2, line 8, after "services", strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 9 and strike line 10 up to the period.

    4. On page 2, line 11, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

    5. On page 3, line 9, strike "The public education" and insert in lieu thereof "Each".

    6. On page 3, line 10, remove the brackets and line through "proposals", insert "or" before "applications" and strike "from school districts".

    7. On page 3, line 11, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 12 and 13 in their entirety.

    8. On page 4, line 20, after "contract", insert "or agreement" and strike "children, youth and".

    9. On page 4, lines 21 and 22, strike "families department" and strike "and an agreement with an eligible public education department provider".
