    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

     SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

 SENATE BILL 617, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, before the period, insert "; PROVIDING FOR BIENNIAL REGISTRATION".

    2. On page 2, lines 18 and 19, strike "an annual registration fee of two hundred dollars ($200)" and insert in lieu thereof "a registration fee of four hundred dollars ($400) every two years".
