    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 1

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the authorization be contingent upon agreement by the parties in the conveyance document that, if the city of Las Cruces ever decides that the property is no longer needed for any municipal purpose and should be disposed of, at the option of the state and at no cost to the state, the property shall be reconveyed by the city to the state; and".
