SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 14

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, before "SALE", insert "DONATION OR".

    2. On page 1, strike line 14 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

    "WHEREAS, Section 13-6-2 NMSA 1978 provides that a state agency may sell or otherwise dispose of real property by negotiated sale or donation to a state educational institution; and".

    3. On page 2, line 25, after "to", insert "donate or".

    4. On page 3, line 4, after "may", insert "donate or".

    5. On page 3, line 5, before "sale", insert "donation or".

    6. On page 3, line 7, strike "Section" and insert in lieu thereof "Sections 13-6-2 and".

    7. On page 3, line 10, after "to", insert "donate or".

    8. On page 3, line 11, after "land", strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 12 and strike line 13 through "department".

    9. On page 3, line 14, before "sold", insert "donated or".

    10. On page 3, line 15, before "sale", insert "donation or".

    11. On page 3, line 15, strike "approved" and insert in lieu thereof "reviewed".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
