    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 106, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike the house labor and human resources committee amendment.

    2. On page 2, line 17, strike "hours" and insert in lieu thereof "shifts; provided that the agreement shall be in writing, shall be signed by the employees involved in the agreement and shall include a requirement that an employee who trades a scheduled work shift is responsible for working the shift so agreed to as part of the employee's regular work schedule".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
