has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, after "CONDUCT", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 12 through "OFFENSES".

    2. On page 1, strike lines 14 through 16 in their entirety and strike line 17 through "STATE;".

    3. On page 2, line 2, strike "14" and insert in lieu thereof "6".

    4. On page 2, line 13, strike "14" and insert in lieu thereof "6".

    5. On page 4, line 11, strike "14" and insert in lieu thereof "6".

    6. On page 6, line 9, strike "14" and insert in lieu thereof "6".

    7. On pages 8 through 21, strike Sections 5 through 12 in their entirety.

    8. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
