has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 6, line 4, after "received", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 5 through the third occurrence of the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and is under review by the taxation and revenue department prior to the time of the business merger or acquisition or other change in business organization".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
