     1. On page 1, line 24, strike "March 1" and insert in lieu thereof "January 1".

      2. On page 2, line 22, after "for", insert "the state chartered bank supervision fund and".

     3. On page 2, line 22, strike "or other statutory nonreverting funds".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
