    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 277

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 5, strike "may" and insert in lieu thereof "shall".

     2. On page 3, line 11, strike the ending quotation mark.

     3. On page 3, between lines 11 and 12, insert the following subsection:

          "F. As used in this section, "municipality" means an incorporated municipality located in a class B county that has a population pursuant to the most recent federal decennial census of greater than twenty thousand but less than twenty-five thousand."",

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
