AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR CRIME AWARENESS AND PREVENTION TRAINING IN DISTRICT 19 IN ALBUQUERQUE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 to pay for crime awareness and prevention training to neighborhood associations in district 19 to increase public safety in Albuquerque. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
