    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 30, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, line 15, strike ", at a minimum,".

     2. On page 7, between lines 8 and 9, insert a new subsection to read:

          "E. No categories of information shall be added to the sunshine portal without an act of the legislature. Additional categories of information shall not be added to the sunshine portal by regulation. The categories of information listed in Subsection D of this section shall not be modified by regulation.".

     3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     4. Strike all items of Senate Floor Amendment number 1.
