AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO FUND COUNTY AND TRIBAL HEALTH COUNCILS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million nine hundred thousand dollars ($1,900,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 to fund the state's thirty-eight county and tribal health councils. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
