    1. On page 9, lines 20 and 21, strike "and benefits".

    2. On page 9, line 22, strike "sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "forty-six thousand dollars ($46,000)".

    3. On page 9, line 25, strike "forty thousand dollars ($40,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty thousand dollars ($30,000)".
