has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 11, strike "president" and insert in lieu thereof "chancellor".

    2. On page 2, between lines 13 and 14, insert the following new subsection:

         "B. "chancellor" means the chancellor for health sciences of the university of New Mexico;".

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    4. On page 3, strike lines 3 and 4 in their entirety.

    5. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    6. On page 3, line 25, strike "president" and insert in lieu thereof "chancellor".
