    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 152

has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, strike lines 14 and 15 and insert in lieu thereof "excess of one hundred eighty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($187,500);".

    2. On page 3, line 18, after "of", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 19 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "three hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($375,000); and".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
