AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FULLY FUND THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED MEDICAID WAIVER PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-nine million seven hundred thousand dollars ($129,700,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 to fully fund the developmentally disabled medicaid waiver program and its associated waiting list. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
