AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN CONDITIONAL TUITION WAIVER FUND TO IMPLEMENT THE PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN CONDITIONAL TUITION WAIVER PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the primary care physician conditional tuition waiver fund for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 and subsequent fiscal years to implement the primary care physician conditional tuition waiver program established pursuant to the Conditional Tuition Waiver for Primary Care Medical Students Act. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
