SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 4, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Rules Committee Amendment 2.

    2. On page 3, line 3, after "stocks", insert a semicolon.

    3. On page 3, lines 3 through 6, remove the brackets and line- through, and on line 4, strike "fifteen" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty-five".
